When you make a purchase from our store or fill in the online film order form, we collect the personal information you give us — such as your name, email address, and phone number — as part of the buying and selling process.

When you fill in our online drop-box form, your information is stored only for the amount of time needed to complete the transaction. It's stored on Airtable's servers and never locally. After that, your data is retained for archival purposes only — if you want us to remove your data, you can always contact us.

Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and which pages are being looked at.

We scan film in order to digitise the images. This means the contents of your film roll are stored briefly on our local machine, until we send you your order via Dropbox — the files are then removed from the local machine. Our Downloads are stored (by Dropbox) for two month, so you have time to download them.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it isn't inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
