Where can I pick up my film?
After your film is processed/scanned we send you an email with info about the pick-up
We only do pick-up in the lab. Even if you dropped off your film in Delft. Don't worry, we keep your negatives for at least 2 months.
When can I expect my scans?
We created a automated film scan delivery system. Which everyday at 20:00 sends out all the scans from order completed that day. For people developing with us for the first time, it's possible the email will land in the spam folder, make sure to check it regularly!
How long does it take to develop my film?
C-41 (colour) orders are generally completed within 4 days. B&W orders are completed within 5/7 days. Turnaround time can vary depending on how much film we get during the week. We have a dedicated turnaround page you can visit here
Do you offer rush service?
Altough we'd like to take our time with your precious film, we offer same day and next day rush service against additional costs. You can contact us or come by in the lab for more info.
What fIlm do you develop?
We process and scan 35mm, 110, 120, 220 , APS, 4x5 and 8x10 sheet film. Please note we do not scan 4x5 and 8x10 sheet film and 110 film
What scanner do yo use?
Pakon F335c: It scans at a resolution of 2000x3000
this sounds small but the because its made to scan film it has great (kodak magic) color rendition and depth.
Fuji SP3000: It scans at a max resolution of 5400x3600 delivers stunning professional scans with incredible detail and color accuracy.
Do you develop b/w reversal film?
At this moment we don't process Black and White Reversal film.
Do you develop disposable cameras?
We do!
Do you develop 110 film?
We do, however we can't currently scan it.
Do you develop souped film?
We don't develop souped film. And we'd like to warn you before bringing some in. if you bring one in without telling us, you will ruin everyones film and our chemicals as well. which will leave you with a very high bill. We recommend developing souped film at home or find a lab who is specialised in souped film
Do you sell film?
Yes! we sell a nice selection of colour and black and white film. We do this together with film.eu. This keeps prices low and film always stocked!
I shoot NSFW photos. How do you deal with this?
Privacy is really important for us. Your files are never shared or used. Processing is handled professionally. We delete scans from our local network as soon as we upload them to wetransfer. Would you like your sensitive files to be removed once you have received them, just let us know!
I'd like my roll to be scanned or printed by a women, can you do that?
Yes! On request we can let our female employees scan your rolls if necessary. This might create a small delay on your order.
My roll turned out blank or there were other problems with my camera, help!
Don't worry, Helping the film shooters out is our main goal! We will let you know if one of your rolls came out blank or if we spotted other problems that might have been caused by camera issues. If you are unsure about what happened you can always come by and we will try and figure out what happened and what to do so it doesn’t happen again.
