Seal each roll in a bag or envelope. If you're dropping off more than one, feel free to put them all in the same bag — no problem.
Write your name and order number on the outside so we can match your rolls to your order in our system. Forgetting this can mean losing your rolls
Right outside the lab, open around the clock — no need to enter or wait for us to be open. Find our other box locations below and see when they are accessible. Once we've received your film, you'll get a payment link by email. We will start processing as soon as it's settled
The moment we bring your roll in, we will send you a invoice to your provided email. in our new online order tracker you'll see it move from received to developed to scanning to ready for download all in one easy to use online app — normal turnaround times apply after we receive your film and the payment is complete
Every box has a QR code and order cards on it — scan, fill in your details, and drop your film in with the order number. The box is emptied first thing every morning we're open, so nothing sits out longer than overnight.
Prefer to hand it over yourself? The lab takes walk-ins during opening hours too — the box is simply there for whenever those hours don't line up with yours.
One's always out front of the lab, open 24/7. A few more are scattered in and around Rotterdam at places we like working with or spend time at during our off days
