BEGINner darkroom printing workshop

Never printed before? Or always wanted to, but never got the chance? This is for you! We will go over the basics of Darkroom printing to get you started and show you how to take your negatives to the next level.
We'll start by making a contact sheet. Here you'll get a quick overview of your negatives. From here we move on to test strips to see which direction to take to get to the final print. All in all you will leave the darkroom with some amazing prints and the knowledge to start printing yourself!
From here you can join our advanced courses in the future or even be able to rent our darkroom when we go live with our renting services.
What we will cover in this course:
01 Equipment
Learn all about enlargers, developing trays and easels and how they work.
02 Contact Sheets
Learn how to print your first contactsheet and what they reveal.
03 Test Strips
Test strips help you determine the correct exposure. There are various approaches to making one. Which you will learn in detail.
04 The Print
Make the final print using everything you've learned above. After you're done, you'll take this home with you!
